Research Manager – Social Research

The Company:
An audience insight and strategy agency giving minority audiences and those that often go unheard a voice, giving organisations the opportunity to hear them.

The Opportunity:
The team are looking for a Research Manager to join them. The role will be integral to the continued development of the agency, carrying out social research projects, as well as getting involved in evaluation and learning projects. As the Research Manager, you will oversee and direct the planning, execution and management of research projects. Although mixed methods, there is a strong lean to qualitative and participant research. You will take responsibility for the growth of junior researchers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high ethical standard.

About you:
You will be passionate about social research and be excited about enabling seldom-heard voices be at the client table. You will ideally have market research agency experience and exposure to qual and quant methodologies. Any evaluation experience is a plus. You will also show integrity and a desire to succeed and want to be part of a young and dynamic company that is truly making a difference.

Salary & Benefits: Up to £45,000 doe, Hybrid working (Central London office)
