Senior Associate – Insights Recruitment
Hasson Associates have been working in recruitment since 2008 and we are now looking for a new Associate to come and join the team!
Hasson Associates are known for excellence in recruitment and for delivering key talent to clients across market and social research, insight, data and analysis. We work with entry level up to C-suite positions and for each position we take care to make sure we find the best match for long term success for both the client and the job seeker.
As a team we are passionate about the quality of our work, the clients we work with and the people who we help find roles. We are highly targeted and selective about who we work with and we operate to a strong set of core values.
Independently owned, we are growing the business and now ready to bring on board a new team member. You would ideally have a minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment/talent management OR have worked in a sales/account management role within the research sector. Regardless of level, it’s important that you’re a self-starter who will thrive in a small, entrepreneurial business.
As a member of the team you will be well supported, be exposed to training and development and get the chance to control your earnings through a generous financial package.

Salary: Competitive basic salary + commission + bonus + healthcare + UNLIMITED HOLIDAY + hybrid working (1 day in the office – London/Oxford Circus)
