Senior Business Development Director, Healthcare – Quant
This independently owned and award winning pharma research agency are looking for an experienced Business Development Director to join their expanding UK team.
This agency is heavily involved in the application of innovative techniques to engage with the pharma world and they are renowned for the development of new approaches and offering a bespoke and different way to help clients resolve their commercial problems.
They work across different therapeutic areas, are continuously pushing boundaries, are very active in the research world and are thought leaders in the UK pharma agency community who regularly present at BHBIA and Emphra.
They are very vocal in these new innovative approaches and are looking to grow their list of already impressive clients in the pharma world.
In this senior role as a Business Development Director, you will play a pivotal part in steering their client’s business strategically and technically. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative international team who are always looking for new solutions in the pharma world and are renowned for their creative and innovative approach. You will be sitting as part of the senior leadership team and have a steer in the direction of the business.
To succeed in this flexible role, you will need extensive experience working in the healthcare market research world at an agency or to have been involved in a client-side pharma role. This role has a focus on quantitative research knowledge.
It is an important commercial role and will involve extensive business development and will require you to have experience in running global multi-country research projects through the full life cycle.
Your client management skills should be excellent and your knowledge overall of different treatment areas should be extensive. This role requires extensive knowledge of different research methodologies and a lean towards quantitative research and the ability to be able to sell this type of research.
Salary & Benefits:
£80,000 per annum plus unique benefits and investment in your own personal development together with the ability to work independently and grow in the role, guided by your own ambition.
Hybrid working and you will be required to be in the office 2/3 days a week in a central London location.
