Our client is a world-renowned agency. This role, based in their London office, brings together industry knowledge and client servicing to make you an indispensable client partner. The main purpose of the role is to manage a list of retail/FMCG clients, and day to day responsibilities include:
- Analyse and present market trends and train clients on deliverables
- Ensure data quality and deliverables are timely and fit for purpose
- Ensure client service is delivered to the highest possible standard
- Identify leads within your client base and pass these along to the sales team
To be successful in the role, you will have experience in retail/FMCG research, a client-focussed approach, and solid analysis and communication skills.
