Senior Customer Research Executive
The Company:
One of the most recognised and well-established charities in the UK is looking for a Senior Customer Research Executive to join their research and insights team, starting as soon as possible for a 12 month fixed term contract.
The Opportunity:
Working with teams across the charity (including marketing, product, retail, and health) you will help develop insight plans, manage research projects and deliver insights to inform decision making.
You would also be a key contact for their survey scripting and reporting platform, designing research studies and supporting colleagues to use the tool and ensuring research meets best practice principles by developing and implementing processes, training and guidelines.
About you:
You must have good quant and qual market research experience, especially in social research, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Salary & Benefits:
£35,000 – £40,000 per annum, plus hybrid working with two days a week in the London office.
