A fantastic opportunity for a Senior level Project Director to join an innovative HR/Employee consultancy. The Project Director will ensure the smooth running of a number of complex, multi-country Employee Engagement studies. Working closely with both the client and the consulting team, you will be involved at all stages of the process from setting up and agreeing on project plans to assuring the overall direction, integrity and profitability of the programme. You will be managing the more challenging projects and managing bigger clients, as well as training and mentoring at Project Director level.
For this role, you will need 8-10 years’ experience in employee research, with the ability to take on a large and complex global project. You’ll be leading on some key and high profile clients and advising them on methodology and best practice, so client account management and leadership is key. The agency uses a tech platform which enables them to run really innovative and effective research.
