This specialist insights agency who specialises in customer experience are now looking for a Senior Research Executive to join a busy team running one of Europe’s largest continuous programmes of research. This role will involve questionnaire design, different data collection methods, different statistical approaches like regression and correlation, weighting, analysis and reporting.
The position requires:
* Excellent numeracy skills and a passion for numbers
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong project management skills, ideally 1-2 years’ experience
* The ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A positive and enthusiastic team player
The ideal candidate will have experience of, and enjoy working in, continuous research as well as a good understanding of current thinking in customer experience, loyalty research and methods.
