The Media team in a global market research agency is looking for A Senior Research Manager to join the team for maternity cover until the end of the year. The key responsibility of role is to delight their clients with the quality of their project execution, delivering excellent client service and overseeing the implementation and presentation of these research projects.
Other responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline of leads, write proposals and convert pitches, develop strong client relationships and contribute to employee engagement. Although this is very much a client facing and team leading role, you will also be expected to be hands on and work collaboratively with the rest of the team.
You will need to have expert quantitative agency market research experience, with strong inter-personal skills and be able to analyse and interpret the data and present this to the client in an impactful and creative way.
