This specialist division of a major advertising network works on addressing complex international behavioural and social issues. After a period of strong growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Digital Insights Manager to join the team in London. This agency uses multiple research methods to work across fragile and conflict states to change behaviour for good. Supporting the qualitative and quantitative studies they are now looking for a social media expert to join the team – using platforms such as Crimson Hexagon you will be supporting data gathered in the field with social media analysis. The initial focus of this role will be on using social media tools to support research on countering violent extremism (CVE) but you will also be exposed to projects in health, environment, gender in fragile and conflict states. You will be working as part of a team and you will be the person responsible for social media monitoring and analysis. You will also be exposed to multiple stakeholders across very high profile clients so ideally wouldnt be phased by presenting at a high level.
To be successful in the role, you will be experienced in using online analytical tools, have prior experience in sentiment analysis, and have some data visualisation skills. Ideally, you will have worked on projects in developing countries or conflict zones, as well as a good understanding of quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
