The Company:
Growing comms agency, specialising in the non-profit space.

The Opportunity:
Due to growth, the organisation is seeking a mixed methods/quant-leaning Strategic Insight Director to lead and expand the research team. This is a profile-building role with plenty of potential to shape and develop the insight offering.

About you:
With strong experience directing research projects, you will be highly strategic and commercial in your approach to delivering insight and engaging with clients. The ideal candidate will have worked with charities, NGO’s or social business; a generic social research background will also be considered.

Salary & Benefits:
£80,000 – £120,000 per annum, plus bonus and share options. London based, hybrid working.
