This is a great role if you are looking to take a small step away from day to day project management. This role will allow you to develop your strategic consulting skills and your coaching skills as part of this role will be working with your team to deliver brand insight to clients. Its essential that you are comfortable working with a team – leading a team and ideal if you want to develop your people management skills as that’s a key part of this role and you will be supported as you transition.
Client delivery is essential here so you will also develop your broader commercial skills – you will get a better understanding of how you take data and turn it into impactful insight and in turn answer the question your client asked. Technically you may have spent a few years in a market research agency and have experience with both adhoc and continuous tracking. Culturally we are looking for curious people who are in effect up for the challenge of complex brands on a global stage. Interested?
