Our client is a small international business that is really on the up. Working purely in the online research space, they provide clients with in-depth consumer insight through the use of mixed-methods research and online communities. Projects are bespoke, complex and quick-turnaround and so the team is agile and works at pace! They now need a hands-on people manager who can really lead, guide, train and mentor this team of 6.
You’re likely to come form a research agency/consultancy background, where you will have managed qual or mixed-methods projects. Ideally you will also have had some exposure to innovation, strategic planning or brand management. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entrpreneurial, client facing people manager who is really looking to make a difference . The role will be London based (currently homeworking), and the business offers very flexible working practices.
