This award-winning creative insights agency is looking for a Quant Director to join their growing team who work very collaboratively, they operate a flat structure and have a very active and diverse social side of the agency.
The agency is hugely innovative, strategic and creative, they have developed a number of bespoke and unique methods of communicating recommendations to clients. The client list includes some of the biggest names in FMCG, Sports, Drinks, Banking and Tech.
The main purpose of the role is to join the Quant team and to support the agency’s ambitious new business plan. To be successful in the role, you will be an experienced, AD-level candidate with a track record of successfully running global studies and developing new business, from the research, creative or planning background. Your key responsibilities will be running medium to large quant projects, integrating and working with qual team, help manage and inspire small quant team. You will need a minimum of 5 years+ experience of quant research projects and have a strong ability to pull key insights, learnings and stories out of data.
