The insight team works across all areas of market and consumer research, but the key focus here is on user experience and projects will tend to be very much quant focused. The ideal candidate will therefore be a seasoned quant researcher (ideally who is qual-friendly too!) who has strong experience within the domain of product development, user experience and the customer journey. Leading a small team and working closely with senior stakeholders, this is a high profile role in a fast-paced, growing business. Previous experience working with tech platform clients would be preferred, as would a research agency background; projects are done in-house so the User Research Director will be very much expected to get their hands dirty!
