When I decided in 1995 to go to Australia.

Nicky Geen

Wingsuit pilot, or maybe a fighter pilot.

What do you love about your job?
Being part of the team – all the consultants here really know their stuff, and I think the team gels nicely. It’s definitely a good work environment.

Who is your hero/heroine? 
I really admire my granny-in-law. She lived under the fascist Estado Novo regime in Portugal, and she’s outlived all her children, so she’s seen real hardship, but she’s one of the most loving and kind people I know, and she always sees the good in people.

What are you passionate about?
Environmental and social issues.

If you could go anywhere in the world where would you go?
I would love to visit one of the uncontacted (or recently discovered) tribes in the Amazon.

What always makes you laugh?
I love slapstick humour– people falling over, falling off things, etc.
