Research Operations Manager
The Company:
Our client is a market leading platform. They are at the forefront of research tech, have an enviable client list and have seen brilliant growth in the last few years.
The Opportunity:
They are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of the research operations processes and team. online panel management and partnerships is also a part of the role. You will be responsible for all project management, this includes full service and DIY clients of the platform. You will also oversea an offshore so leadership qualities and great communication is paramount.
About you:
You should be a proven team leader, with experience in running projects from scripting, testing, sampling, fieldwork management, data quality and data delivery. Experience with survey scripting on Qualtrics, Decipher, Forsta etc and analytics tools such as Q or SPSS are a must.
Salary & Benefits:
Up to £45k – £55K DOE
Hybrid 1-2 days in a London office
