Associate Director Healthcare
The Company:
We are working with a global agency who are known for delivering healthcare research that stands out from its competitors. This team is growing and is looking for an Associate Director level candidate to join their busy and established team. It is a highly commercial and entrepreneurial environment where you will be given the platform and support to grow the team and work, surrounded by a supportive and knowledgeable team.
The Opportunity:
They are looking for a Healthcare/Pharma Associate Director to help grow and generate new business within this team, you will be heavily involved in the strategic direction of the team and be responsible for growing the type of work they deliver to global pharma clients.
You will be involved in areas of business development directing and winning proposals and working closely with pharma clients to help them resolve their commercial problems. This successful team works with a range of different companies and across pharmaceutical, bio-tech and medical devices and tech. You will be involved in all stages of the life cycle of the projects, from inception and early stage strategy, launch of new products to optimisation and delivery. You will be working across a varied range of therapeutic areas and be exposed to many different areas, including oncology, immunology, virology and many more.
About You:
You will be a Associate Director level candidate working in the world of pharma research delivering research projects across a range of therapeutic areas and types of projects. You will have an in-depth quantitative skill-set or mixed methods experience, with the ability to design research approaches according to client business needs and where they are in their product life cycle. You should have a proven track record in developing, maintaining and growing client relationships through consultation, partnership and insight. You should be able to lead on creating innovative, winning proposals & pitch in response to complex, challenging briefs
You will also be experienced at developing and helping build on other team members’ skill-set within the area of pharma research. You should be able to mentor more junior team members and have experience line managing and on the job coaching.
Salary & Benefits:
£40,000 – £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and skill-set plus an award winning set of benefits and the opportunity to be involved in an environment which is highly commercial and entrepreneurial.
This role offers hybrid working from a London office 3 days a week and the rest from home
