Head of Quant
The Company:
Boutique research agency, with a brand & comms specialism.
The Opportunity:
Seeking an experienced quant leader to drive business growth through innovation and fresh thinking. Heading up the quant business within a small, well-established agency, you will be part of the leadership team whilst remaining hands-on with delivery where needed.
This will be a high profile role within the organisation with plenty of potential to shape and grow the quant offering across diverse sectors. This is a great opportunity to be a key part of a business known for its very positive work culture.
About you:
You will have a strong track record of progression, ideally with significant experience of working in a small agency. You will be a great team manager, a qual-friendly quant practitioner, with solid expertise in brand and comms research.
Salary & Benefits:
£100,000 – £120,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits. London based, hybrid working.
