The agency has grown and this role has been created to facilitate further growth, evidence of the desire to invest in development. Your role sits closely with the CEO and together you will create the next generation for this much loved business.

You will be responsible for;

• Developing and implement strategic business growth plans
• Identifying new market opportunities
• Build and maintain high-level client relationships
• Lead sales pitches, negotiations, and contract acquisitions

We are looking for someone with;

✔️ Proven track record in business development & sales (market research/data analytics preferred)
✔️ Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to build and nurture senior-level client relationships
✔️ Experience in international markets and remote collaboration
✔️ Strategic mindset with a drive to exceed revenue targets
