Meet our Research POps Team

Research Operations is an essential part of the industry we recruit for, and it’s definitely an area of research that has seen significant change over the past 5 years.

Tasks that had previously been outsourced have been brought in house again, and functions that were previously back room are now very client facing. The people who are employed in research operations have had to adapt and change their skills – technical and interpersonal – and it has been a challenge.

We love a challenge here at Hasson Associates, and whilst some recruiters focus on the “executive” side of research, we have always considered recruiting Research Operations as a crucial part of our role as a recruitment partner to the research industry.

Nicky Geen is head of our Research Project Operations team, and with her background in research operations, she is expertly placed to help clients and candidates alike. In 2014 we added another expert to the team, Febe Pritchard, who also has a background in research operations, and together they are working to source and place the best talent in the industry.

We work with a wide range of candidates and recruit for a broad range of roles within small boutiques and large multi-nationals, and increasingly we are providing research operations staff to media agencies, digital agencies and consultancies.
